Shipping Rates and Policies
Most orders are shipped on the next business day. If an item is backordered, we will email you this information right away.

We ship most ground orders via USPS Mail to ensure a speedy, safe delivery. Estimated delivery times are based on business days.

Ground Shipping Rates (5 - 7 days) are based on your order amount:

0 to $49.99 - $6.99
$50.00 to $99.99 - $9.99
$100.00 to $149.99 - $10.99
$150.00+ - $13.99

Express Shipping Rates (2 - 4 days) are as follows:

0 to $49.99 - $35.00
$50.00 to $99.99 - $40.00
$100.00 to $149.99 - $45.00
$150.00 to $199.00 - $50.00
$200.00 + - $60.00

Items sent Express Mail will require a signature.

Naturepedic & International Orders are not eligible for free shipping. International orders can not be shipped Express. Please read more information under International Orders and Discounts. Some items are only available to be shipped in the continental U.S. If you order a restricted item we will notify you via email and cancel the order.

Please note that oversized items, such as furniture and crib mattresses may incur additional shipping costs. These are noted on product description and will be added to your order total. These charges will show up on your credit card as a separate charge.


Gift Certificates
All gift certificates expire one (1) year from date of purchase. Gift certificates are not eligible for additional discounts, unless stated. Gift certificates can only be redeemed for merchandise, and can't be used toward tax and/or shipping charges. Lost and/or stolen gift certificates can not be replaced; Please treat them as cash. If you need any assistance using your gift certificate please contact us at customerservice@happygreenbaby.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.

International Orders
Please complete your order through the website. Due to the limitations of the site, a shipping charge will not appear in your order total. We will respond to you via email with a quote for international shipping charges. Rates will vary depending on item and location to be shipped. You have 24hrs. after you receive your email with the shipping charge quote to cancel your order if you do not approve of the shipping cost. To cancel your order respond to the email sent, or contact customerservice@happygreenbaby.com. After 24hrs. your credit card will then be charged for shipping, and your item will be shipped. If you choose to use Paypal at checkout, or your card can not be charged, you will receive an invoice from Paypal for shipping charges. Items will not be shipped until shipping payment is received. International orders are not eligible for free shipping discounts, unless stated on offer. Standard shipping time is 6 -12 days, depending on location. Express shipping is not available. Please note: Not all items can be shipped internationally. If you order an item that is restricted by the manufacture or USPS, we will send you an email update, and cancel/refund your order.

Please note: HappyGreenBaby.com is not responsible for any additional tax, customs fees or other additional expenses applied by the recipient's country. Happygreenbaby.com is also not responsible for packages once they are received by customs. Lost or stolen packages, or packages not delivered due to customs will not be replaced or refunded by happygreenbaby.com.

Return Policy
We take great pride in our products and want you to be happy with your purchase from HappyGreenBaby.com. If you are not happy with your purchase simply return the unused item to us within 30 days for a full refund for the price paid. Refunded amount does not include shipping paid. Packaging MUST be intact, and the item UNUSED. We can not accept returns without the original packaging intact, as we can no longer sell the item. Clothing must have original tags on them. For hygienic purposes mattresses and pillows cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on gift certificates.

If we made any error in the shipping of your order, we will take full responsibility and make sure you are taken care of! We will pay for your return shipping and immediately correct your order.

Naturepedic & International Orders are not eligible for discounts, including free shipping, unless clearly stated on the discount offer.

Plum District vouchers may not be used towards gift certificate purchases, taxes or shipping, and cannot be combined with additional discount offers. Only one voucher can be used per order. Vouchers can only be used one time. All merchandise is sold first come, first serve.
